About this project

Designed and fabricated for an upscale poolside venue in Kampala, these gold metallic halo-lit channel letters deliver an elegant architectural presence. Built using laser-welded stainless steel shells with a brushed finish, each letter houses internal warm white LED modules. The translucent back plates diffuse light to create a soft perimeter glow across the wall facade.

Challenge

Achieving an even halo reflection on a dark backing surface without exposing low-voltage wiring or creating hot spots.

Solution

Integrated 1.5-inch transparent standoff pins to optimize the light spread distance and used hidden wiring conduits.

Result

Enhanced nighttime visibility for the venue with a premium, glare-free architectural glow.
